Customer & Order Management

1. Customers

All user information is displayed in this section. Admins can view detailed profiles and Orders of each customer.

For users who have deleted their accounts from the app, the Status column will show Deleted.

To remove a user manually, click the Delete icon button.

2. Orders

Track and manage incoming orders or service bookings, update statuses, and view transaction history

The Orders page displays both Orders and Bookings made by users through the app.

Click on any order or booking to view its full details and update the Status of the order/booking.

To remove an order/booking, click on the delete icon button.
