COD Payment

Activate COD Payment on App​

To get the feature, please make sure to Enable Address Screen on app as this guide. Then:

  1. Open your app on FluxBuilder.
  2. Go to Features > Cash on Delivery Payment.
  3. Input the Payment Method Ids.

tip

Note: If skipping this step, the COD payment still displays but the app will navigate to a webview payment page after users click PLACE ORDER button on PAYMENT screen.

Update Order Status​

As usual, the order status of COD payment is Pending. To change the status to Processing, please enable this option.

  1. Open your app on FluxBuilder.
  2. Go to Features > Cash on Delivery Payment.
  3. Turn on Update Order Status.

Smart COD​

Set up charge fee for COD payment method directly on FluxBuilder.

  1. Open your app on FluxBuilder.
  2. Go to Features > Cash on Delivery Payment.
  3. Turn on Enable Smart COD.
  4. Input Extra Fee (the charge fee for COD payment).
  5. Input Amount Stop (the maximum price applied COD charge).
