Loyalty

The loyalty feature allows customers to earn points from purchases made at offline stores, which can be redeemed for rewards. It includes a tiered reward system, QR code integration, and a comprehensive admin dashboard for managing customer activity and rewards.

Key Features:

  • QR Code Scanning: Store managers can scan a customer's QR code to add or redeem points during offline purchases.
  • Tier Levels: Customers are assigned tier levels—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—based on the total points they've earned.
  • Tier-Based Coupons: Managers can create exclusive coupons for each tier. Customers can claim coupons available for their tier and use them during online checkout.
  • Customer Dashboard:
    • View their current tier and points.
    • Track how many points are needed to reach the next tier.
    • Review their transaction history, including all point additions and redemptions made in-store.

This system enhances customer engagement by rewarding loyalty across both offline and online channels.

Configuration

Step 1: Open your app on FluxBuilder.

Step 2: In Cart & Checkout section, open Loyalty.

Step 3: Turn on Enable Loyalty.

Step 4: Set the value for 1 point by modifying the Use Point Rate and Add Point Rate.

Step 5: Enable Use Total Points for Tier to maintain the user's reward level after redeeming points. Disable to update the user's reward level whenever points are redeemed.

Step 6: Set the required points for each Level.

Coupons Management:

When logged in as an admin, you'll find the Coupons Management section under the Rewards screen. This feature allows you to create and manage coupons specific to different customer tier levels.

Customers can view and claim coupons based on their assigned tier. Once claimed, the coupons can be applied during the online checkout process.
